Researcher

Anne Gapinski is a Researcher at the Marcell Experimental Forest.  Anne is involved in several research projects, including the SPRUCE climate change experiment.

Laura Harris is a Researcher with the International Humic Substances Society (IHSS).

Cole Stenberg earned his undergraduate B.S. degree in Environmental Sciences, Policy & Management (ESPM) with minors in Soil Science and Water Science. Cole's primary research interests include Hydropedology and Redox Chemistry.

Sona completed her education at the University of Minnesota in 2015. Her current research includes projects related to biogeochemistry of mercury, co-cycling of mercury and sulfur in North American peatlands, and phosphorus speciation in agricultural soils.  She has experience with a number of analytical techniques including trace metal analyses and synchrotron-based X-ray absorption near edge (XANES) spectroscopy.
